Eddie Locke 1930-2009
A dear, longtime friend, patient teacher and, as Miles Davis might say, absolute "Motherfucker" of a drummer. If you can find any version of "Caravan" on which he played, buy it and prepare to be in awe of his superhuman press roll. He was a true master and a generally amazing guy. He will be sorely missed.
ahhh mannnn! Eddie used to come sit in on band practices at TDS! What an amazing dude, rest in power Mr. Locke!
